📦 Shipping and processing time (Hong Kong)
- Spot goods:
Orders will be shipped within approximately 1–2 business days after placement. - In-store pickup (in stock):
Once the goods are ready, you can pick them up within 2 hours during business hours. - Pre-order/purchase items:
Delivery is expected in approximately 3–5 weeks (actual time depends on overseas supply). -

⚠️ Important Notes for In-Store Pickup
- The customer will be notified separately to pick up the goods once they are ready.
- Customers must complete the pickup within 5 business days.
- Those who fail to collect their items within the specified period will be charged a daily storage fee of HK$10.

- Customs duties and import taxes are to be borne by the recipient, and the actual amount is subject to the regulations of Taiwan Customs.
- Delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs and Arrangements
