• Please confirm that the payment options are correct before submitting your order to avoid delays in shipping.

 2. Delivery schedule and supply arrangements

• Supplier delivery times may be delayed; thank you for your patience. We do not accept rush orders and will not offer refunds for delays . Please assess the delivery time risk yourself before purchasing.
• Once all goods arrive at the port, shipment will be arranged. The website will notify you of the tracking number via email, and delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after shipment .

Most of the Jellycat products in our store belong to... Booking or We ship directly from overseas , and the estimated delivery time will be specified when you place your order (e.g., 2–6 weeks).

• Products marked as "available for pre-order" on the website mean that we have confirmed a stable supply and can arrange your purchase safely.
• The pre-order time (approximately 3–5 weeks) includes the time for international shipping, quality inspection, and sorting and packaging before being delivered to your delivery address.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the region. We use a more lenient time estimate so you can wait with peace of mind.
• All pre-ordered items are guaranteed to be available , not "not guaranteed".

Important notes for pre-orders

1. 1. Cancellation of order midway
   • If a customer requests to cancel their order during the pre-order period, the total order amount will be deducted. Please understand that a 10% refund processing fee will be charged.
   2. Customer protection (delay situation)
   • If the actual delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery time range indicated on the website (e.g., more than 5 weeks), you can choose:
   1. Full refund (minus any agreed-upon refund processing fees).
   2. Transfer the paid amount to other goods
   • We will notify you immediately if there is a delay and discuss the next steps with you to ensure you can wait with peace of mind.
   3. Price and Quotation Validity
   • Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, shipping costs in various countries, and manpower search costs, each quote is valid only for a limited time. After the expiration date, a new quote will be required, and the goods may have already been sold out.

3. Packaging and transportation of goods

• All items are shipped in their original, unopened condition, allowing customers to enjoy the most authentic unboxing experience.
• Our store provides basic dust and dirt protection packaging (transparent plastic bag + logistics shipping bag).
• If you require additional carton packaging , please specify when placing your order. An extra $20 will be charged for the carton.
• During international and local shipping, minor damage or packaging dents may occur to the goods. If these do not affect the normal use of the goods, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

We will provide services for purchasing Jellycat plush toys . Our own tag protective case, but the following may not be packaged without prior notice :

1.                  💡The rubber sleeve is temporarily out of stock.

2.                  💡Pendant items (such as charms, doll keychains) do not come with protective sleeves.

3.                  💡Some Jellycat playcard lanyards have a special construction , or we believe that adding a lanyard might compress the figure or cause damage .

 4. Order Placement

• To request the inclusion of shipping labels for unshipped orders, please contact us via Chat with Us , WhatsApp 97306417, or Instagram @icecreamshopper_hk , specifying the order number for which you wish to include the shipping label.

Example: Order number XXXXXX was placed a few days ago , and I would like to place another order today and have it shipped out with the order number included.

• Unless otherwise specified, each order will be processed independently and shipped out immediately upon arrival. The shop will not actively search for other orders from customers.

 5. Order exception handling

• If a pre-ordered product is discontinued or supply is interrupted, the shop will proactively contact the customer and arrange a refund.

6. Delivery and arrival

• Once all goods have arrived and been inspected, we will arrange for shipment and notify you of the tracking number via email.
• Goods are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment (depending on the logistics company's arrangements).

⚠️Order cancellation policy

If a customer cancels their order for personal reasons after placing it, it will be considered a violation of our shopping rules, and we reserve the right to:
❌Add this customer to the internal blacklist (immediate removal from the shopping group without further notice)
❌Refuse this customer any future shopping opportunities.
❌ Retaining processing fees, or forfeiting deposits/purchase fees/other paid goods, as administrative costs.

Additionally, if an order is cancelled during order processing, the total order amount will be deducted. Please note that a 10% refund processing fee will be charged.

7. Jellycat Product Purchasing Disclaimer

• When purchasing Jellycat products, our store will try its best to check the condition of the goods, and will do its best to avoid obvious stains, damage, etc.
• Due to the large number of counterfeit Jellycat products on the market, in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties , once Jellycat products sold by our store are shipped / delivered, we do not accept any form of return, exchange, or refund request .
• All Jellycat products are handmade, and minor imperfections may occur during the production process, including but not limited to:

• Slight loose thread/uneven stitching
• Line position offset/proportional difference
• minor flaws in embroidery
• Uneven distribution of fluff/small fluff particles/indentations on the fabric surface
• The dolls vary slightly in shape and size (e.g., some are chubby, some are thin).
• Inconsistent filling amount/different firmness
• Slight deviation in the position of facial features
  The above are all natural phenomena within the scope of official standards and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted . Thank you for your understanding.
• As a purchasing agent, our store is not responsible for returns or exchanges due to the above-mentioned minor defects officially recognized by the government. Please understand and accept this before placing your order.

This store sells The Jellycat figurine itself , not the playing card. 🙏 ​
The playing cards are primarily brand accessories. Although we try our best to protect them, slight creases or bends may sometimes occur due to the following reasons:

• When removing price tags, official /authorized stores may also damage the price tags.
• Bending caused by display, handling, or logistics compression

✅We inspect each item to ensure the doll is in good condition. If any significant damage is found (such as cracks, missing corners, missing edges , or large scratches, wear, stains, or water damage on the surface), we will notify the customer immediately.
