Step 2

Sourcing Stage
We personally visit stores to secure your requested item.
If an item is unavailable, you will be notified within 5 business days.
If no notification is received, your order is considered secured.

Step 3

Hong Kong Preparation
Your items are received at our Hong Kong warehouse, carefully inspected, consolidated, and professionally packed for dispatch.

Step 4

Delivery
Hong Kong / Macau : 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

Taiwan: 7–20 business days from order confirmation.

Other regions: 14–21 business days from order confirmation.

All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
