Shipping Arrangement
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and the shipping information available for the products in your order.
For large, bulky, unusually shaped, fragile, or mixed-item orders, the final shipping cost may be affected by the actual product size, packaging dimensions, weight, or volumetric weight.
If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount originally calculated at checkout, we may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the additional shipping charge or any necessary special shipping arrangement.
運費將根據目的地及下單時我們所掌握的商品運送資料，於結帳時自動計算並顯示。
如訂單包含大型、體積較大、特殊形狀、易碎或混合品項，最終運費可能受商品實際尺寸、包裝尺寸、重量或體積重影響。
如實際運費明顯高於結帳時原先計算的運費，我們可能會於出貨前聯絡客人，確認所需的額外運費或其他必要的運送安排。
Duties & Import Charges
Unless otherwise stated, import duties and taxes for International orders are covered by us.
Additional charges resulting from circumstances such as incorrect or incomplete recipient information, failed delivery, storage, redelivery, or the recipient's failure to provide information required for customs clearance are not included.
除另有註明外，International 訂單的進口關稅及稅項由我們承擔。
如因收件資料錯誤或不完整、派送失敗、倉存、重新派送，或收件人未有按要求提供清關所需資料而產生的額外費用，則不包括在內。
Processing & Delivery Time (International)
International Delivery: Estimated 14–28 business days from the order date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Special sourcing items: The estimated arrival timeline will be stated on the product page.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International delivery may be affected by destination, customs clearance procedures, courier operations, airline capacity, peak season congestion, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A delay in international transit or customs clearance does not, by itself, qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
If the courier or local customs authority requires additional information or documentation from the recipient for customs clearance, the customer is responsible for providing the requested information in a timely manner.
